All items are final sale. We do not issue refunds or accept returns.

EXCHANGES

If your item is damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will happily send you a return label and ship you a replacement item.

Subtle differences in appearance are to be expected with handmade jewelry. These differences do not qualify as damaged or defective, and therefore, do not qualify for an exchange.

Solid gold, last chance, one of a kind and collection items cannot be exchanged.
